I do not offer refunds but exchanges are available for non-customized items of the same or less value. Feel free to contact me if you are not happy with your purchase. If for example you'd like to change the ear wire to gold instead of sterling silver, all you have to do is to pay for the material and shipping cost. I'll try my best to accommodate it to your satisfaction.

ABSOLUTELY NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE FOR CUSTOM ITEMS
Custom items cannot be re-sold. Even if unfortunately you did not love it as much as you thought you would, the material, time, labor and LOTS of thoughts have already went into the making. Please respect the designing process regardless.
