When you see the lights in the kitchen flickering, it isn't time to change the bulbs, but time to take your lunch break.If you feel a tickle around your ears at night, relax, there ain't no bugs. It's just me kissing you goodnight like I always do. And when you stop feeling or seeing anything strange around the house, it doesn't mean that I'm gone. It only means that I'm so very proud of how well you're taking care of yourself that I no longer see the need of interfering.

Custom made:
If it is a tweak for an existing design, for example changing chain length, or making a pair of drop earrings into studs, there will not be any extra charge except for the difference in material cost. However, if you are having a special idea and would like to make it into a wearable piece, the starting rate is $300. Feel free to send me a message for inquiries.
Returns and Exchange:
I do not offer refunds but exchanges are available for non-customized items of the same or less value. Feel free to contact me if you are not happy with your purchase. If for example you'd like to change the ear wire to gold instead of sterling silver, all you have to do is to pay for the material and shipping cost. I'll try my best to accommodate it to your satisfaction.
ABSOLUTELY NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE FOR CUSTOM ITEMS
Custom items cannot be re-sold. Even if unfortunately you did not love it as much as you thought you would, the material, time, labor and LOTS of thoughts have already went into the making. Please respect the designing process regardless.
