Due to the nature of handmade artwork, I do not accept returns. I do, however, offer exchanges for non-customized items of the same or less value. Feel free to contact me if you are not happy with your purchase, and I will try my best to accommodate it to your satisfaction.
With proper care and storage, your wearable art is made to outlive you. To protect their longevity, please remove your jewelry when you do anything that requires harsh manual labor such as dishwashing, gardening and carpentering.
Do not store your jewelry in the bathroom, where humidity will speed up their tarnish tendency. Clean the metal part of your jewelry periodically with a sunshine cloth, which is available in most hardware, hobby and beauty stores, as well as online.
Ready-to-ship items will be sent within 5 business days of payment. Made-to-order items will be completed in 2-5 weeks.
All orders are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority, delivery time varies depending on locations.
International shipping is available to most countries. Import duties and taxes might be required and will not be included in my shipping costs.
